We recently hired Illinois Selective Demolition for work at our property in the Naperville area and had a really good experience. Mike took the time to look everything over and explained what needed to be done in a simple and honest way. The crew handled the waterproofing and sump pump work efficiently, and the area has stayed completely leak free since it was finished. It is nice working with a company that shows up on time and cares about the quality of their work. They also handle all demolition and a lot of commercial projects around the Chicagoland area, so you can tell they know what they are doing. Mike was recommended to us by another basement/foundation contractor. He lifted several sunken joists that were resting on deteriorated brick supports and closed the gaps between the floor and the quarter round in two areas of our house, which is about 150 years old. I had a really good experience with Illinois Selective Demolition. From the first call, Mike was easy to talk to and clearly knew what he was doing.
